At House of Epics, we strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeline
We currently ship across India.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner performance.
Possible Delivery Delays
In certain situations, deliveries may take longer than usual due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Product restocking requirements
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days.
If your order experiences a significant delay, our support team will assist you and, where applicable, refund requests may be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
House of Epics shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect contact numbers
- Failure to respond to courier communications
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
What is RTO?
RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when a shipment is returned to us by the courier company after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Common reasons include:
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Calls from delivery executives not answered
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Refusal to accept delivery
What Happens if My Order Becomes RTO?
Option 1: Re-Shipping
You may request that we re-ship the order.
Before dispatching again, we will verify your shipping address and contact details.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the RTO.
Option 2: Refund
You may choose to cancel the order and request a refund.
In such cases, 40% of the total order value will be deducted to cover:
- Shipping charges
- Packaging costs
- Handling fees
- Payment gateway charges
- RTO processing costs
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Example
- Order Value: ₹2,000
- Deduction (40%): ₹800
- Refund Amount: ₹1,200
Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share the video and order details for verification.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Your Money Is Safe

We assure you that:
- Your payment is securely processed.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
- Our Refund & Return Policy remains applicable in eligible situations.
- Our support team is available to assist with delivery-related concerns.
Failed Deliveries Due to Customer Unavailability
If a delivery fails because:
- The customer is unavailable,
- Delivery calls are not answered,
- Delivery is repeatedly postponed,
the shipment may be marked as RTO by the courier partner, and the RTO policy outlined above will apply.
